Born in the vibrant city of Coral Springs, Florida, Tess began her musical journey at the age of twelve. She comes from a lineage of talent, with her aunt being veteran film and television actress Corinne Camacho.

Raised in Newtown, Connecticut, Tess was exposed to the world of music from an early age. Her father, Joseph "Joe" Loglisci, a former baseball player and Major League Baseball scout for the Miami Marlins, and her mother, Bonnie Alletto Loglisci, a former ballet dancer, nurtured her passion for the arts. Tess has two talented older brothers, Patrick Loglisci, known as the hip-hop artist Pasquale Leone, and Sean Kravit, a producer of ambient music and a DJ who uses the pseudonym Great Ghost.

Tess's childhood was marked by her family's nomadic lifestyle, starting in South Florida and eventually moving around Connecticut, including Newtown, and finally settling in Southbury. At the age of four she started studying piano and showcased her musical prowess through recitals and performances in Connecticut and New York. Alongside piano, she also learned violin and classical voice, exploring her diverse talents. As a young aspiring artist, Tess dabbled in various acting and dance genres, aspiring to become a Broadway performer. She began studying voice in middle school under the guidance of Cynthia Servetas, an opera singer and graduate of the Manhattan School of Music. Tess later studied voice with Marko Lampas, a protege of renowned opera-singer Maria Callas and a graduate of The Juilliard School in Manhattan. In pursuit of her artistic dreams, Tess earned a place at the prestigious Interlochen Center for the Arts during her transition from eighth grade to freshman year of high school. There she participated in Interlochen's intensive musical theatre summer program, immersing herself in private lessons as well as ensemble classes, for singing, acting, and dance. This experience solidified her commitment to her craft and paved the way for her future success.
